The Ministry of Interior Affairs issued a new circular for regulating certain NGO activities in the course of COVID-19 outbreak on 2 October 2020.
In the circular, the Ministry unilaterally postpones meetings (i.e. general assembly, seminars) that would require extensive physical participation of individuals, which is difficult to maintain social distance until 1 December 2020.
Failure to comply with requirements stated under this circular will lead to criminal and administrative consequences.
